Reservation cancellation policy
Free cancellation:
Guests can cancel their accommodation reservation without any fee if done no later than 7 calendar days before the arrival date specified in the reservation. In this case, the paid reservation fee will be refunded.
❗ Cancellation less than 7 days before:
- 3–6 days before arrival: a 50% fee of the total reservation amount applies.
- Less than 3 days or no-show – a 100% fee of the total reservation amount applies.

Dates can be changed if there are at least 7 days left before arrival.
Attention regarding technical errors:
If a technical error in the booking system results in an incorrect service price or the service is unavailable, we will inform you within 1 business day from the reservation confirmation. In such a case, the reservation will be canceled, and the paid money will be refunded.
