Internal Rules
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These internal rules establish the procedures for guest stays, behavior, reservations, security, liability, and service provision at the accommodation facility and its premises.
1.2. All guests staying at the accommodation facility and/or using its premises must comply with these rules.
1.3. By confirming a reservation and/or making a payment, the guest confirms that they are of legal age, have read the internal rules, and agree to comply with them.
1.4. Guests who do not comply with the rules may be asked to leave the premises without compensation.
1.5. The administration reserves the right to amend the rules by publicly announcing them.
2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
2.1. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full prepayment, unless otherwise agreed.
2.2. An unpaid reservation is considered invalid.
2.3. Cancellation policy:
– If canceled ≥7 days before arrival, the full payment is refunded;
– If canceled less than 7 days before the stay date, no refund is given.
2.4. Shortening the stay does not exempt from full payment of the order.
2.5. Reservation dates can only be changed ≥7 days before arrival and in agreement with the administration.
2.6. If due to a system error the service becomes unavailable or the price is unreasonably low, the reservation may be canceled within 1 day of confirmation, and the payment will be refunded.
3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
3.1. Check-in time – from 3:00 PM.
3.2. Check-out time – by 12:00 PM.
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by arrangement with the administration and may incur an additional fee.
3.4. A valid ID must be presented upon arrival.
4. ACCOMMODATION RULES
4.1. Guests must maintain order and cleanliness in the cabins and common areas.
4.2. Prohibited:
– Smoking indoors (fine – from 100 EUR);
– Rearranging furniture or using equipment for unintended purposes;
– Damaging inventory (fine – from 200 EUR and material liability according to Lithuanian law).
4.3. Quiet hours – 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please do not disturb other guests’ rest.
4.4. Inviting outsiders without the administration’s permission is prohibited.
4.5. Guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of children.
5. PETS
5.1. Pets can be brought to the premises only with prior arrangement with the administration.
5.2. No additional fee is charged for pets, but owners are responsible for their care and any damage to property or other guests.
5.3. We love our pets and the environment – please clean up after them.
6. RULES FOR USING THE PREMISES
6.1. Guests may use:
– The sleeping cabin and its equipment;
– The terrace;
– The barbecue area;
– Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts;
– Paid services: archery, crossbow, axe, spear, and knife throwing.
6.2. Fires can only be lit in designated areas with the administration’s permission.
6.3. Prohibited:
– Littering, damaging inventory or vegetation;
– Driving vehicles in non-designated areas;
– Lighting fires in the forest or unsafe areas.
6.4. A fee from 100 EUR may be applied for littering or environmental damage.
7. SAFETY AND FIRE REGULATIONS
7.1. Guests must familiarize themselves with and adhere to all safety and fire regulations in the premises and territory.
7.2. Fires and grills can be used only in designated areas and only following the administration’s instructions.
7.3. In the forest or other prohibited areas, it is forbidden to light any kind of fire.
7.4. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, except in designated areas.
7.5. If you notice a fire hazard or other emergency, immediately inform the administration or call the emergency number 112.
8. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
8.1. Guests are fully liable for any damage or destruction of the facility’s property.
8.2. The administration is not responsible for injuries to guests or their children due to rule violations.
8.3. Accidents occurring due to alcohol or reckless behavior are the guests’ responsibility.
8.4. The administration is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings left in rooms or on the premises.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. These rules are intended to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
9.2. Guests who violate the rules may be asked to leave the facility without compensation.
9.3. If you notice a dangerous situation or rule violation, immediately inform the administration.
Accommodation Rules for Group Arrivals
1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules apply to all group members from arrival to departure.
1.2. The group leader is responsible for familiarizing all participants with the rules.
1.3. The accommodation administration reserves the right to refuse the group if agreed conditions are not met.
2. Arrival and Registration
2.1. The group must arrive at the agreed time. A delay of >1 hour must be reported in advance.
2.2. During registration, a list of participants with names, surnames, and room assignments is provided.
2.3. The group leader performs the general registration and receives keys for all rooms.
3. Accommodation
3.1. Rooms are assigned according to a pre-approved plan.
3.2. Room changes can only be made in agreement with the administration.
3.3. Exceeding the specified number of people in a room is prohibited.
4. Behavior Rules
4.1. Quiet hours – from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4.2. Behave respectfully in public areas, do not make noise, and do not use offensive language.
4.3. Alcohol consumption is allowed only according to applicable laws and administration-set rules.
4.4. Smoking indoors is prohibited, except in designated areas.
5. Property Protection
5.1. The group leader is responsible for any damage caused by the group.
5.2. Report any malfunctions or damages to the administration immediately.
5.3. Using unauthorized electrical appliances in rooms is prohibited.
6. Departure
6.1. Rooms must be vacated by the agreed time.
6.2. All keys/cards are returned to the administration.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The administration is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
7.2. For rule violations, the group may be asked to leave without compensation.
